Please be sure to include the following information:
- Name(s) of the Parcel Owner(s)
- Parcel Designation and Address
- Name of the Requestor
- A USPS or Email Address for delivery of the Estoppel
In accordance with Chapter 2017-93, Laws of Florida, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall periodically calculate the fees for estoppel certificates, and publish the amounts, as adjusted, on its’ website.
On July 1, 2022, the Department published the updated estoppel fees. Currently, the fees for the preparation and delivery of an estoppel certificate are noted below:

Estoppel certificate requested on an expedited basis and delivered within 3 business days | An additional $119 |
If the unit/parcel is delinquent to the association | An additional fee not to exceed $179 |
The next update will be released by July 1, 2027.

From Florida Statute 720.303 (2) (c) 1. — The association may provide Notice by electronic transmission for meetings of the Board of Directors, Committee Meetings and any Annual or Special Meetings of the Members requiring Notice under this section, to any Member who has provided a Facsimile number or E-mail address to the Association to be used for such purposes; however, a Member must consent in writing to receiving notice by electronic transmission.
From Florida Statute 720.303 (4) (a) 7. — The association shall maintain the e-mail addresses and the facsimile numbers designated by members for receiving notice sent by electronic transmission of those members consenting to receive notice by electronic transmission. A member’s e-mail address is the e-mail address the member provided when consenting in writing to receiving notice by electronic transmission, unless the member has sent written notice to the association requesting that a different e-mail address be used for all required notices. The e-mail addresses and facsimile numbers provided by members to receive notice by electronic transmission must be removed from association records when the member revokes consent to receive notice by electronic transmission. However, the association is not liable for an erroneous disclosure of the e-mail address or the facsimile number for receiving electronic transmission of notices.
