How many HOA’s are there in the Winding Creek Community?
There are two HOA’s in the Winding Creek Community. The Winding Creek HOA and the Winding Creek Equine HOA.
Are all of the Equine Homes within the gated Equine Community?
No. There is a map posted in the documents tab, as well as in the green community information box.
There are 5 Lots off of 409th Ct that are not within the gated area but are considered part of of the Equine community .
How do I get in touch with the Winding Creek HOA Board?
You can fill out the “CONTACT US” form which is monitored by multiple board members

How do I know which Winding Creek HOA to contact?
Find your parcel in the Winding Creek Map located in the DOCUMENTS section of the website or in the green community information box. If you still have questions, please fill out the “Contact Us” form and we’ll get back to you..

Where do I send my HOA dues?
We have transitioned to a new “official” address for the Association.

Mail sent to the old address will be Forwarded to the new through April 2025.
What forms of HOA dues payments are accepted?
The Winding Creek HOA currently only accepts checks. We are working on additional payment methods.
What is the HOA dues deadline?
HOA dues are due January 31st of each year.
A $10 Late Fee will be assessed if payment is not received by February 15.
Interest Charges begin accruing on March 15.
Are HOA dues the same for both Winding Creek HOA’s?
No. The HOA dues for the Winding Creek Community and the Winding Creek Equine Community are not the same.
Are Community Members supposed to attend the HOA Board Member Meetings?
Community Members are encouraged to attend Board Member Meetings. Whether there to listen, or to bring comments, community members are welcome.
When is the Annual Community Member Meeting for the Winding Creek Community?
The Community Member Meeting for the Winding Creek Community is once per year, typically in January/February. All community members are encouraged to attend.
How often are Board Members elected to the Winding Creek HOA?
HOA Board Members are elected once year at the Annual Community Member Meeting.
What is the speed limit in the Winding Creek Community?
The speed limit within the entire Winding Creek Community is 30 mph.
