Please be sure to include the following information:

• • Name(s) of the Parcel Owner(s)
  • Parcel Designation and Address
  • Name of the Requestor
  • A USPS or Email Address for delivery of the Estoppel

In accordance with Chapter 2017-93, Laws of Florida, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall periodically calculate the fees for estoppel certificates, and publish the amounts, as adjusted, on its’ website. 

On July 1, 2022, the Department published the updated estoppel fees. Currently, the fees for the preparation and delivery of an estoppel certificate are noted below:

The next update will be released by July 1, 2027.

Ponds with Dry Hydrants are a requirement based on the original “Governing Documents” of the Winding Creek Community. Below, please find specification documents for your review and application:
