The Winding Creek Community

Winding Creek is a beautiful private subdivision made up of 5+ acre parcels on private roads conveniently located off of SR 64 approximately 25 minutes east of I-75.

This website is managed by the WINDING CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., to provide information for the “main” Winding Creek Community, which is made up of 174 Lots.

There is a sub association for the Winding Creek Subdivision known as The Equestrian at Winding Creek, which is made up of 38 Lots that are managed by the THE EQUESTRIAN AT WINDING CREEK HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC.
